The design is printed edge to edge into moisture wicking polyester, so the colours, crest, sponsors and numbers become part of the fabric itself. That is why a Rexmon kit never cracks, peels or fades the way a heat-pressed or screen-printed shirt does after a season of washing.

How A Sublimated Kit Is Made
Why Full Sublimation Outlasts Printed Shirts
There are three common ways to put a design on soccer wear, and they are not equal. Screen printing and heat transfer (vinyl) sit a layer of ink or film on top of the fabric. They look fine on day one, but the print is a separate skin that cracks at the folds, peels at the edges and stiffens the area it covers so sweat cannot pass through it.
Full sublimation is different. The design is turned into a gas under heat and pressure and bonded into the polyester fibres themselves. There is no layer on top, nothing to peel, and the fabric stays fully breathable across the whole garment, including the printed areas. This is the only method that lets us run complex, edge to edge, full-colour designs, gradients and photographic crests without adding weight or stiffness.
What this means for your team
Names and numbers are sublimated in, not stuck on, so they cannot peel off mid-season. Sponsor logos print in exact brand colours. And because the graphic runs to the seams, the design wraps the sleeves, collar and sides with no blank borders.

Three charts cover the whole squad: adult unisex regular fit, womens cut, and youth from five to thirteen years old. Order the jersey to chest and the shorts to waist.
All of our measurements are taken from the finished garment, laid flat, in inches. Chest is the full way round, so if you are measuring a shirt your players already own, measure armpit to armpit and double it before you compare. Between two sizes, size up for a relaxed match fit, stay on size for an athletic cut, and allow one to two inches of variation, because every piece is cut and sewn by hand.
