Terms And Conditions
These terms govern every quotation, order and supply agreement between Rexmon Industries and its customers. Placing an order means you accept them.
Last Updated: July 202601 Who We Are
Rexmon Industries is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, trading through the website rexmonindustries.com. In these terms, Rexmon, we, us and our refer to Rexmon Industries. You and your refer to the person, club, school, distributor or company placing the order.
You can reach us at contact@rexmonindustries.com for any question about these terms.
02 Quotations And Orders
A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding contract. Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, and are based on the quantity, fabric, decoration and delivery method described in that quotation.
A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and your deposit clears. Changes to quantity, size ratio, fabric or artwork after that point may change both the price and the delivery date, and we will tell you before we act on them.
03 Artwork And Approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you approve. That includes player names, squad numbers, sponsor logos, spelling, colours and the size list.
- We produce a digital mockup for your approval before production begins
- Bulk production runs only once you approve that mockup in writing
- Errors present in an approved mockup are not treated as manufacturing faults
- Colour on a screen varies by device. Where exact colour matters, request a printed strike off
04 Prices And Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation and exclude freight, import duties and taxes in the destination country unless the quotation says otherwise. Import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Standard payment terms are fifty percent deposit before production and the balance before dispatch. Other terms are available to established accounts by written agreement. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
05 Production And Delivery
Production lead time is normally fifteen to twenty one working days from the date artwork is approved and the deposit clears, plus transit time. Lead times quoted are good faith estimates, not guarantees.
Where a fixed delivery date is critical, tell us before you order. We will either commit to that date in writing or tell you honestly that we cannot meet it. Delay caused by late artwork approval, late payment, customs inspection or the carrier is not within our control.
06 Quality And Tolerances
All goods are inspected before dispatch. Cut and sew manufacturing carries normal industry tolerances, and the following are not treated as faults:
- Measurement variation of up to two centimetres against the size chart
- Minor colour variation between production batches run months apart
- Slight variation between a screen mockup and the finished printed garment
Our full inspection process is published on our Quality Control page and is available for audit by any client on request.
07 Claims And Returns
Custom made goods are produced for one buyer and cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. Faults caused by us are our responsibility and we remake and reship the affected pieces at our cost.
Claims must be raised within fourteen days of delivery with photographs of the fault. Full detail is set out on our Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
08 Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your own logos, crests, artwork and brand marks. By placing an order you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify us against any third party claim arising from artwork you supplied.
We will not reproduce another company’s logo, crest, trade mark or protected design, and we may refuse or cancel any order that appears to infringe the rights of a third party.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may photograph finished production for our portfolio, website and social media. If your order is confidential, tell us before production and we will not publish it.
09 Cancellation
Because production begins with fabric booking and printing, cancellation is treated by stage:
- Before artwork approval: cancel at no cost beyond any sample or design work already done
- After approval but before cutting: the deposit covers fabric and printing already committed
- After cutting has started: the order is payable in full, because the printed panels cannot be reused
10 Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of sponsorship, loss of a fixture or reputational loss arising from delay or defect.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where that limitation would be unlawful.
11 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, natural disaster, epidemic, fire, flood, strike, power failure, internet failure, customs seizure, carrier failure or government action. Where such an event occurs, we will tell you promptly and agree a revised schedule with you.
12 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Sialkot have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before any dispute goes to court, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it in good faith by direct negotiation.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the version published on this page on the date your order is confirmed.
