Quality Control

Every Rexmon garment passes seven inspection checkpoints before it leaves Sialkot. Nothing ships on trust. It ships on evidence.

The Inspection Ladder

Seven Checkpoints, One Standard

Quality is not a final step at Rexmon. It is a gate that every order passes through at seven separate stages, from the fabric roll to the sealed carton.

01

Incoming Fabric Inspection

Every roll is checked on a light table for shade variation, weave faults, holes and GSM tolerance before it is approved for cutting. Rolls outside tolerance are returned to the mill.

4 Point System
02

Colour And Print Approval

A strike off is printed and compared against your approved artwork under D65 daylight. Colour is signed off in writing before bulk printing begins, so bulk always matches your sample.

Pantone Matched
03

Cutting Accuracy Audit

Cut panels are measured against the graded pattern for every size in the run. Panel shrinkage after heat press is factored in before the marker is laid.

Size Set Verified
04

Inline Stitching Check

A floor inspector pulls pieces from every line hourly. Seam strength, stitch density, bar tacks and elastic tension are checked while the batch is still on the line, not after it is finished.

Hourly Sampling
05

Wash And Durability Testing

Sample pieces from each production lot are washed, stretched and rubbed to confirm the print holds, the seams hold and the fabric keeps its shape after repeated match use.

Lab Tested
06

Final Piece By Piece Check

Every single garment is inspected, not a sample. Names, numbers, badge placement, trims, loose threads and measurements are verified against your order sheet before folding.

100% Coverage
07

Packing And Carton Audit

Cartons are opened at random and matched against the packing list, size ratio and labelling before sealing. Photos of the packed order are sent to you before dispatch.
