For OEM and private label programmes the minimum is higher and depends on the fabric and the style. Ask us and we will quote your exact range.

Send us your design or your idea, the quantity, the products you need and your delivery date. We reply with a full quote, usually within one working day. Prices depend on quantity, fabric and decoration, so there is no single price list that would tell you the truth.

Yes. We produce a single production sample so you can inspect it, wash it and stretch it before you place a bulk order. Sample cost is quoted separately and is credited against your bulk order in most cases.

Yes. Your artwork file, thread codes and pattern are stored under your account, so a top up run for a new player comes out identical to the original batch. Reorder minimums are lower than first order minimums.

Yes. Send your crest and a rough idea and we will send a full colour mockup within 48 hours at no charge and with no obligation to order. If you want changes, we revise it.

Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. A high resolution PNG at 300 dpi also works. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or a hand drawn sketch, send that. Our design team will redraw it as vector artwork.

Yes. Send Pantone codes or a physical fabric swatch. We print a strike off, check it under daylight, and only run bulk once you have signed the colour off in writing.

Not on sublimated kits. Every jersey is printed individually anyway, so player names and squad numbers are included in the price. On embroidered garments, personalisation is priced by stitch count.

Fifteen to twenty one days from the moment you approve the artwork, plus shipping. Larger OEM programmes take longer and we confirm the exact date in writing before we start.

No. Sublimation bonds the dye inside the polyester fibre rather than laying it on top, so there is no layer to crack or peel. Our wash tests return grade 4 to 5 colour fastness. The fabric wears out long before the print does.

Every order passes seven inspection checkpoints, from incoming fabric through to the sealed carton, and every single finished piece is inspected before folding. The full process is on our Quality Control page.

Send us a photo within fourteen days of delivery. If the fault is ours, we remake and reship the piece at our cost. No argument, no restocking games.

Worldwide. We ship regularly to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and the Gulf. Full detail is on our Shipping and Returns page.

On standard orders, import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We declare goods honestly and provide all paperwork. If you need a landed cost quote, ask and we will price it that way instead.

Standard terms are fifty percent deposit to start production and the balance before dispatch. Established repeat clients and larger OEM accounts can be reviewed for other terms. We accept bank transfer, and card or online payment on smaller orders.

Yes. Neck labels, hang tags, care labels, polybags, barcodes and cartons can all carry your brand. Nothing leaves the factory with our name on it unless you want it there. See our OEM and Private Label page.

No. We will not reproduce another company’s logo, crest or protected design, and we will tell you so plainly. We are happy to develop an original design that gets you the look you are after.

Yes, and there is no setup fee. Members order and pay for their own kit and we produce and ship against paid orders. Details are on our Team Stores page.
