Shipping And Returns
Custom kit is made for one team and printed with one set of names, so the rules here are different from a stock clothing shop. Everything we can promise, and everything we cannot, is written plainly below.
From Approval To Your Door
The clock starts when you approve the artwork, not when you first enquire. Everything before approval is on your schedule, not ours.
Artwork And Deposit Approved
You sign off the mockup and the size list, and the deposit clears. This is the day production is booked into the line plan. Any change after this point may move your delivery date.
Fabric And Colour Approval
Fabric is booked and inspected, and a strike off is printed and checked against your colours under daylight.
Production
Printing, cutting, stitching, decoration and inspection. Every finished piece is checked individually before folding.
Packing And Pre Shipment Photos
Cartons are audited against your packing list and we send photos of the packed order before it leaves the building.
Dispatch And Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed the day the shipment leaves Sialkot. Transit time then depends on the service you chose.
Three Ways To Get It There
Express Courier
Our default for club and team orders. Door to door with full tracking.
- Three to seven working days in transit
- Tracked from Sialkot to the delivery address
- Best for orders under 100 kilograms
Air Freight
For larger bulk and OEM orders where courier rates stop making sense.
- Seven to twelve working days in transit
- Cheaper per kilogram on heavy shipments
- Delivered to airport or to door on request
Sea Freight
For large OEM programmes planned well in advance.
- Twenty five to forty five days in transit
- Lowest cost per unit on big volumes
- Full export documentation provided
Transit Times By Region
These are working day estimates for express courier after dispatch, not including production. Customs clearance can add time and is outside our control.

|---|---|---|---|
| United States and Canada | 4 to 7 days | 8 to 12 days | Duties payable by the buyer on arrival |

What We Will Replace, And What We Cannot
Every Rexmon garment is made to order and printed with your design. That means we cannot resell a returned kit to anyone else, so the policy is built around faults rather than change of mind.
We Replace Free Of Charge
- ✓Manufacturing faults such as open seams, skipped stitches or broken bar tacks
- ✓Print faults such as banding, ghosting or shade variation between panels
- ✓Wrong name, wrong number or wrong badge placement against your approved list
- ✓Wrong size against the size list you approved
- ✓Garments measuring outside the approved size spec tolerance
- ✓Damage in transit, where the carton shows it
We Cannot Accept
- XChange of mind on a custom printed kit
- XSizes ordered incorrectly by the club against a correct size chart
- XArtwork errors that were present in the mockup you approved
- XGarments that have been worn, washed or altered
- XDamage caused by incorrect washing, bleach or a hot iron on the print
- XClaims raised more than fourteen days after delivery
Three Steps, No Runaround
1. Photograph It
Take clear photos of the fault and of the garment label, within fourteen days of delivery.
2. Email Us
Send the photos with your order number to contact@rexmonindustries.com. We respond within two working days.
3. We Remake
If the fault is ours, we remake the affected pieces and ship them at our cost. In most cases you keep the faulty garment rather than pay to send it back.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Unless your quote says otherwise, prices are quoted excluding import duties and taxes in the destination country. Those are charged by your own customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We always declare goods accurately and we will not undervalue an invoice, because a seized shipment costs you far more than the duty would have. If you would rather receive a landed cost price with duties included, tell us before you order and we will quote it that way.
Need It By A Fixed Date?
Tell us the date the team needs the kit on the pitch. We will work backwards and tell you honestly whether we can make it.
