Emberweld Custom Goalkeeper Jersey

Emberweld is built around fine orange hatch strokes layered over a maroon body like brushed ember, finished with solid burnt orange sleeves, worked in burnt orange and deep maroon. It is a long sleeve keeper shirt, so the graphic is designed to run unbroken from the cuff through the shoulder and down the side seam, and it is a warm, worked texture that photographs far better than a flat orange.

The whole shirt is dye sublimated rather than screen printed. The ink is turned to gas under heat and bonded inside the fibre, not laid on top of it. There is no layer sitting on the fabric, so the print adds no weight, never cracks, never peels and does not fade out over a season of washing. Run your hand over the finished jersey and you will not feel the graphic at all.
