Custom Team Tracksuits
Fully sublimated custom tracksuits, jacket and pants cut as a set, for warm ups, travel days and everything either side of the ninety minutes. The design runs unbroken across the jacket, the sleeves and the pants, so a squad walking out together looks like one club, not a group in matching colours.
Each set is a full zip jacket with a stand up collar, rib knit cuffs and waistband, and straight leg pants that carry your crest on the thigh. The standard build is a midweight polyester knit, and brushed fleece at 260 to 320 GSM is available for clubs playing through a cold winter.
Tracksuits are sized as a set, youth XXS through adult 4XL, so one size on the team sheet covers both pieces. Crest, sponsors, player names and squad numbers are included, there is no minimum order, and production runs seven to fifteen working days after you approve the mockup.
Jacket And Pants Together
Why A Set Beats Two Separate Buys
Buying a jacket from one supplier and pants from another is how clubs end up with two slightly different blues. Both pieces here come off the same artwork and the same dye run, so the colour is identical and the pattern lines up where the jacket meets the waistband.
Cut for players, not for a catalogue
The jacket is cut long enough to sit over a match shirt, and the pants are cut straight so they pull on over shorts and shin pads without a fight on a cold touchline.

One size covers the jacket and the pants. Order to chest, then check the jacket length and the pants length against the player.
All of our measurements are taken from the finished garment, laid flat, in inches. Chest is the full way round, so if you are measuring a shirt your players already own, measure armpit to armpit and double it before you compare. Between two sizes, size up for a relaxed match fit, stay on size for an athletic cut, and allow one to two inches of variation, because every piece is cut and sewn by hand.
