Who We Are
Rexmon Industries is a custom sportswear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, operating the website rexmonindustries.com. This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through the website, by email, on WhatsApp and in the course of fulfilling an order.

We collect only what an order actually requires.

We do not collect or store full card numbers. Card payments, where offered, are handled by a payment provider on their own systems.
How We Use It
- To prepare quotations, mockups and samples you have asked for

- To keep the accounting and export records the law requires us to keep
- To improve the website and our own service
We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it. If we ever do send you an update, there will be a working unsubscribe link and we will honour it.
Artwork And Player Data
Player names, squad numbers and size lists you send us are used solely to produce your order. We do not use them for anything else and we do not disclose them to anyone outside the production of your kit.
We keep your approved artwork file so that a reorder in a later season comes out identical to the original. If you want that file deleted after your order, tell us and we will delete it, though we will not then be able to reproduce your kit without new artwork.
Unless you tell us otherwise, we may photograph finished garments for our portfolio. If your order is confidential, say so before production and we will not publish any image of it.
Who We Share It With
We share only what each party needs to do its job.
- Couriers and freight forwarders, to deliver your goods and clear customs
- Banks and payment providers, to take and confirm payment
- Our own production and sales team, to make and support your order
- Government authorities, where the law requires us to disclose
We do not sell personal data. We do not trade it, rent it or hand it to advertising networks or data brokers.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages are visited and where visitors give up. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
How Long We Keep It
Order records, invoices and export documents are kept for as long as tax and customs law requires. Artwork files and size lists are kept so you can reorder, unless you ask us to delete them. Enquiries that never became orders are deleted once they are clearly no longer active.
Security
Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their work. The website is served over an encrypted connection, accounts are password protected, and payment details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by us. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you rather than quietly hope you did not notice.
Your Rights
Whatever country you are in, you can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your data, where we are not required by law to keep it
- Stop using your data for anything other than completing your order
- Stop sending you any communication you did not ask for
Email contact@rexmonindustries.com and we will respond within thirty days. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.
Children
Our website and our services are aimed at clubs, schools, brands and adults placing orders, not at children. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
Where a club or school sends us the names, numbers and sizes of youth players, that data is provided by the organisation, not by the child. It is used only to produce the kit, it is never used for marketing, and it is deleted on request from the club.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the version published here is the version that applies.
